After a fantastic day, visiting Buckfast Abbey,
followed by Totness, including the castle
we ended up on the beach at Bigbury-on-Sea.
We walked across the causeway to Burgh island,
where a famous Agatha Christie book was filmed.
and watched the sunset.
The clouds gathered and rolled along
making very interesting viewing.
We arrived back to a very wet campsite,
even though it was only a few miles inland!
Just goes to show - better weather on the coast!
Fabulous sky and lovely sunlight on that white building. Some of my favourite pics of my children as toddlers are on the beach at Bigbury- on- Sea - happy times!! Sorry about the soggy camp....
