Cold and cross! When my son went out on a scouts photo treasure hunt they war told by a traffic warden that they couldn't take his photo for 'anti-terrorist' reasons!
@judithg I did google it first to see if it was illegal to take a photo which features a traffic warden, but this is primarily a street scene on a cold winter morning. It just happens to feature a traffic warden responding to an out of date tax disc....but neither he not the tax disc are tagged ;)
