Malvern View

This afternoon we took Eve (granddaughter) out. I hadn't taken her out for a few weeks, due to other commitments. I asked her parents to send her with her lunch (she likes the sort of white bland bread we NEVER eat) and hat scarf & gloves. Yesterday had been spring-like, but the weather forecast for this morning was for bad weather, but improving later. I added the rider that I hoped it didn't snow!
My daughter texted me this morning to say she thought I was joking about the snow, until she went to work - in the sleet! Not fun on a scooter.
This morning we were at church. After lunch the weather was still unpleasant so we headed for Evesham Country Park.

After finding Eve a nice noisy hammer to take home, we headed for the cafe, which had an excellent play area. At one point we noticed that it was snowing quite heavily despite the fact the sun was shining. I said to my daughter "Look Abi, snow!" At which point several people went and pinned their noses to the glass to watch the weather!
i took this shot as we were leavin Evesham Country World - the hills are the Malverns.

"The golden evening brightens in the west;"
luv it!
