You know it's spring when....
...ducks start settling down on hedges....
Today we visited Burford House & Gardens http://www.gardens-guide.com/gardenpages/_0105.htm, a place we discovered on the 2nd day of the year http://365project.org/daffodill/365/2012-01-02 and had always planned to return to! If you are thinking Burford in Oxfordshire, think again! This Burford is on the boundary of Worcestershire, Herefordshire & Shropshire!
The morning started off a bit foggy but was forecast to clear by lunchtime, which it obediently did!
On the way out we passed 2 cars that had gone off the road one each side of Droitwich. I really hope that the occupants were not too badly injured, but both cars appeared to have suffered significant damage :( Stay safe people!
We passed a layby with a footpath off, and went and wandered down an ancient farm track, admiring the hop frames and the misty views.
We stopped off to admire Lindridge Church, and while we were there the sun appeared and remained with is for the rest of the day.
