When the base of one chair is broken,
and the top of another chair is worn out,
put the good top with the working base
and you have an almost new chair.
This is my husband attempting to remove part of one base, as he really would have liked the tipping mechanism for the refurbished chair.
As for me, I have a completely new chair.
but it isn't as comfy yet as my old chair.
I did test the one in the shop, but that had been tested by many people.
In time it will become softer, but right now I am having to get used to a not-so-hugtastic seat.
