Highlight was a trip to Webbs, in search of a replacement pair of wellies, as I discovered mine had sprung a leak when I was paddling in the overflow from the Arrow Valley Lake...
So there I was trying on wellies in Webbs, and I didn't notice that the floor was wet and then I ended up with a wet sock when I wasn't paddling in the overflow of Arrow Valley Lake.
Bit disappointed that my wellies leaked as I only bought them in May :(
Decided to find out what these wellies were made of, so a knowledgeable sales assistant was summoned buy a not-so-knowledgeable sales assistant.
"They should have a year's guarantee, but it depends on what you are going to wear them for"
"Paddling!" I said - what else would one wear wellies for!
Now where did I put the receipt....
lol I know the feeling. I must have a sixth sense as I invested in a brand new pair of Aigle wellies 6 weeks ago. they were half price and I love them and have lived in them for a month. hope yours prove waterproof.
