Today we were commenting on how our washing machine had died, and someone offered us their old one. Their had been a problem with it, which they didn't think was the fault of the machine, and were reluctant to take a working machine to the tip.
It has been collected, installed and tested.
The washing hung out, very wet and half washed on Monday evening, is back out on the line and MUCH cleaner!
The new-to-us machine is also significantly quieter than our old one!
