Southwold was my paternal Grandmother' home town. When I was a child we stayed in a house there with her for four years running. One year we stayed in the house on the extreme left of the picture 'Wave Crest'. This tardis of a house had 5 or 6 bedrooms and, to the delight of me and my siblings, a working water pump in the middle of the house!
As we were exploring Southwold this aternoon we saw a storm approaching... Did we take cover? Erm, not soon enough! East coast rain can be very wet!
