The light level was low due to heavy, thick clouds. The low light level wiped out the color. Everything seemed to neutral colors outside. I was trying to take pictures of the birds, but they kept flying too quickly and not lingering at the bird feeder. I caught this one as it was leaving. I posted the BW photo in my main album for the flash of red (BW) challenge. Even though the bird seems to be better defined in this color version, I like the BW version better as it matched my mood (winter blah) better.
