We had a mix of precipitation. At times, the precipitation was heavy. The alley puddle overflowed. The water flowed down the alley. The water was as far as I could see down the alley. There is flooding here, but not as bad as in other parts of my state and country. This flooding is uncommon in December. My state's governor has declared my state a disaster area. I hope the water goes down soon.
