The snow on top of the alley puddle melted. The ice is still covering the puddle. A small area of the ice has these ice crystal rays.

@olivetreeann Thanks. This is not my style to have hanging in my house, but I can see what you mean. We have a contemporary art museum in my city. I like only few of the pieces, but I know that many people like the art that is shown in this museum.

@daisymiller I totally agree Daisy! I was a Fine Arts major in my undergrad days and preferred the Impressionists over modern art. I find modern art to either be totally ridiculous or completely humorous. So much of it is bizarre! So, I confess, I wouldn't want to hang this in my house either! (o:
