I happened upon this multi-flora bush by this fence. When I was growing up, we had multi-flora bushes all along the south pasture fence. We gathered the blossoms and placed them in vases in the springtime. In the Autumn, we gathered stems of the red berries and decorated the house with them. Yes, I have fond memories of the multi-floral bush. However, this is a bush I would never plant. This bush quickly becomes an invasive weed.
