The snow crocus seem to bloom in pairs and in bunches. I did not up my exposure level for this shot. Instead, I was concentrating on trying a different camera setting. In addition, I was trying to get a combination of light and shade in the same shot. This was taken later than usual for my crocus shots. I think the lighting also had something to do with how this shot came out. I will keep experimenting with the snow crocus until they fade away. During week four of the flash of red challenge, I will be concentrating on photographing signs of spring. This is a monthly theme for one of the photos clubs I belong to. Sometimes, we only get a few weeks of spring flowers before the weather turns warmer. I want to capture as many signs of spring as I can.
