pink, pink, pink

The pink primroses are blooming. When I bought this, the greenhouse worker told me that these were a pretty wildflower. Yes, indeed they are. However, they are also an invasive weed. I try to keep these out of my flower beds. I then let them grow along a bank along side my house where the grass has a difficult time growing.
They ate very pretty and a lovely shade of pink

Very pretty. I like your idea of having them grow as a wildflower in a place where they make a nice impact.

They must make a very pretty border. Worth the trouble to keep them in check.

@beryl I don't always agree with plants being called weeds, but these are definitely weeds. They spread everywhere and they kill out the other plants. I do think the blossoms are pretty though.

@pyrrhula Thank you. I have yellow primroses that bloom later, but I like the delicate pink blossoms of the pink primrose.
