I am trying something new in my covered raised garden bed this winter. I am growing parsley. Once a week, I pick a sprig of parsley and bring it inside. Sometimes, I eat the parsley or use it to season a dish. Often, I just stick the sprig in a vase and enjoy looking at the green leaves.
