April 9: Spring Gooseberries

The gooseberries bloomed overnight. Whenever I see the gooseberries bloom, I take notice. We most always have a cold spell then and it is usually the last cold spell. Sometimes, it even snows when the gooseberries bloom.

That's a first time for me hearing of gooseberries - how neat looking they are
