Frozen and Fractured

Within twelve hours after the big thaw began, a cold front arrived. We are now experiencing the coldest temperatures of the year. All outside things froze again, including the puddle in the alley. The puddle was driven through several times and the ice fractured upon impact. A small tree branch fell into the puddle and was stuck in place by the ice.

I will leave soon for the monthly photo club meeting. Our theme tonight is antique kitchen tools. This is not my favorite genre, but it was interesting to see what I could come up with for my photos. I am looking forward to seeing the photos form the other photographers.
Your alley should now be called Puddle Alley! Its a great name! Glad you enjoy the photo club meeting! One antique kitchen tool I've got is 80 years old - hubby!
