We are beginning to have pop up rain storms. As the heat and humidity build during the day, clouds pop up. If the clouds build up in size, they sometimes result in pop up rain storms. The rainfall does not last long. I doubt they do much to break our drought, but they do provide a few moments of relief to the heat.
It has been a combination of rain and sun like that today. But we've had more rain overall and all my potted plants are saturated. Sure wish I could send you some of our extra precipitation!
