Modern print methods

I used my daughter's USB microscope to view a few print media and combine them into today's picture. p=newsprint (Star Tribune 8/7/11), r=book (Paint the Wind), i=magaizine (Hamily Handyman), n=Kindle (Hard Landing), t=iPad (The Throne of Fire)
Very creative and nice shot! After seeing the Kindle "n", I am not certain if I want to buy one. The iPad is a bit too pixel for me, but it is nice and dark. The book and magazine print seem to be the most clear to me. An interesting study!

@daisy - I love the Kindle and find that it's the easiest on my eyes. What appears "fuzzy" in the blown up version here is nice and crisp to the eye. I almost never read books in paper format anymore. You don't really see the pixelization on the iPad when reading, but I can't handle the backlit text since I'm on a computer almost all day, most days. K doesn't seem to mind it, but she's not in front of screens as much as me.

Thanks! I am actually thinking about getting a Kindle sometime in the future. I will put this off for a while longer though as my car is in the "car hospital" and it is going to be expensive to get it out and back home.
