One of my favorite games. When we get together for the holidays I play with my father and brothers. The winner gets bragging rights and a Monopoly themed tie. I claim the prize for this year, although like most family rivalries there is some dispute :-)
@bdb3471 - huh... I always thought the US version with Atlantic City street names was the original. At least that's what I always played as a kid. I'll have to do some research. Of course there are lots of variations and knock offs now. My daughter prefers "Cat-opoly" with "Fall in Water" where "Go to Jail" should be...
fun game ~ remember playing with my cousins at Christmas when we were much younger ~ great way to pass a LOT of time ;-) congrats on your recent victory, btw!
