After over 150 emails from spareroom in 4 days, we had today put aside for viewings so we can find a new flatmate. 2 really nice folks, 2 not so perfect and 2 no-shows. We were left with a 2 way split, and it was a really tough decision. We got there in the end though. Being cooped up in the house waiting for people on a beautiful day meant we had to take the chance to get outside when we had a bit of a gap. Turns out this is right on my doorstep, so that's pretty cool.
