Thought I'd put a collage together of my niece when she was selling her pig yesterday. I was trying to capture this auctioneer in action, along with her rapid meltdown of emotions. I couldn't believe the price I was hearing. It escalated so quickly (see yesterday's photo). If you want to see Youth at their best, go to a 4H Fair.
The lady next to me asked if she was my daughter; said she had her in tears.
By the way, my niece also won "Best in Class" for her photograph.
My girls were involved in 4H when they were younger. Not in livestock though. I like the happier expression on your niece's face in this one!

@billsouth Yes, that was as she entered the arena for the sale. I think she didn't want to cry. Held it together through half of it!
@anazad511 I don't know where there are any here in S. Fla. There must be some in the Homestead area since that is more rural.
