@gailmmeek No, Gail. I love our town, but I don't like the way they display Public Art. This is a random area near City Hall. I went there specifically to take some photos of HD but at first glance, I thought he was gone! He is off the main road 100' or so and sits under a tree. There is an empty lot behind him. It really is a random location.
Well captured cutie! Yes it is too bad the city can't figure out where to properly display art. We have a bit of the same problem in Palm Beach, and WPB. Almost like hide-and-seek.
