I was fortunate to open the drapes on the 14th floor of the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel to spot this magnificent sunset (a surprise, given the nasty weather). Looking towards Tropical Storm Andrea. Go away Andrea!
Wait- I just read the rest of your caption. There's a tropical storm out there already? Where have I been? I live on the east coast at the beach. Perhaps I better start watching the weather a little more closely, lol!
@istacy1011 Thanks, Stacy. TS Andrea is in the Gulf. It is expected to go across north Florida and up towards DC. SCarolina coast needs to watch out, too.
@skipt07 I am quite surprised it developed into a TS. NOAA said there was only a 40% chance. Been driving most of today. My son flies out of Tampa tomorrow, so I sure hope it is north by then.
