First Presbyterian Church of Miami on Brickell Ave. by danette

First Presbyterian Church of Miami on Brickell Ave.

I love the way this older church sits next to the high skyscrapers of Brickell Avenue's financial district.

This church was originally built on Flagler St. and was funded by Henry Flagler. When they outgrew the building, this one was erected in 1947. It was damaged by Hurricane Andrew in 1992 and then renovated.
Wonderful image-love how u used the palms as framing and cool contrast between the old and the new architecture :)

The "Witness" sign really stands out now (saw it earlier, but didn't really notice on first glance).
