Yes, we have a high-powered church (pun intended!). When you serve, bring your energy! This sermon series is especially full of passion, as it is about relationships and the different types of "friends" we have in our lives. I pray you all have friends who are there *with* you on your journey, during the good times and the bad times, not just the friends who are *for* you in your good times.
I especially liked the photo of our pastor, which prompted me to choose some other high energy photos to support it. He calls it our "un-dull church".

Looks like a very energized church! Christians should be the most joy-filled, passionate people in the world! Wonderful collage to depict your 'un-dull' church!
When I talk to college students beyond the course material, I suggest a simple rule for making decisions and choosing "friends": Try to stay on the path toward "becoming-the-best-version-of-yourself." If they're receptive to a faith-based rationale, I ask if this couldn't be God's dream for each of us. Wouldn't God be happy with us, and for us, if we could become the best person we can be, the best-version-of-ourself? If so, then one's friends should be those people who support us and challenge us to become-the-best-version-of-ourself, yes? That's what I try to do if they choose me as a "faculty-friend"... Great shots, BTW! :)
