Second rescue of the week! My hubby found this lizard at the bottom of the pool and fished him out. After he posed for a few shots in his hand, he jumped on me! Then, he ended up back in the pool. :-( I took the brush and let him rest on the edge. Finally, he scampered off.
For those of you who saw my turtle, I saw NO evidence of him being hit in the road, so maybe someone else rescued him a second time.
@skipt07 I actually am okay with the lizards. I had looked away and saw him jump "over" me. He then crawled up my leg, but I was wearing jeans. I got some good photos of him with the jean fabric, too. I think he was a bit woozy from the near-drowning.
