Today, I am thankful for:
My son went home from the hospital, with all being well;
A property I have under contract appraised at the contract price;
All is going well with that sale;
Found a great beach-front condo for clients to enjoy while I find them a home to purchase;
Actually found them a place they like--now we just have to get it under contract...
Life is good!
