Grand Canyon 2011

Re-edit. I spent an afternoon alone at the Grand Canyon in February, 2011. Hard to believe it was never on my bucket list! What a magnificent place. I wish I could spent several days there.

Beautiful in B&W. I got to spend a couple days at the Grand Canyon in 2009 and I want to go back. My first step to look over the rim really did take my breath away.

@bill_fe Maybe. Hadn't thought it all the way through. I think I saw the weekly themes (i.e: bww?). I haven't been checking in on the themes as of late. I was trying to do something a little different and think about processing.

@eyesmile It's been interesting to see what goes in b&w. Some photos just turn to shades of gray. Takes a while to get the right one. There is a local well-known photographer who only shoots in b&w. Thanks for the fav! :-)
