I thoroughly enjoyed this park along Clematis Street, which overlooks the water. It is a great place to enjoy the Florida weather.

@danette I thought it might have been ice sculptures for a temporary display, the water on the pavement melting ice. We have ice sculpture competitions in WI and usually vandals destroy them before they have a chance to melt.
