Ybor City, Florida has many old buildings such as this one. While there was a time this area fell on hard times, it is seeing a resurgence. Thankfully, many of the old buildings still exist. This was the first brewing company in Florida in the late 1800's. From Wikipedia: In 1999, attorney Dale Swope and contractor Joseph Kokolakis purchased the building to restore and convert it into a law firm and office space. The restoration project received a Builders' Choice grand award in adaptive re-use.

Great shot of an old brick building. The beer lover in me was hoping it was still used as a brewery, but I'm glad such a beautiful building was restored.
