Hillsboro Lighthouse

So excited to climb the 175 steps to the top of this lighthouse today! It is open once a month for visitors. It was established in 1906. The light at the top, is now lit with a 1000 w LED bulb that, thanks to the mechanism, can be seen for 28 nautical miles! It is one of the brightest lights.
