Officially incorporated in 1896, Miami's history is pretty short. This home was built in 1923. I was last on the MLS in 2019 for $1.3 million. It is in an historic district just north of downtown. Glad to see them still here. I did see where some homes south of the city were being torn down and replaced with the square modern homes.
