This clock is on the old courthouse in Tampa, FL.
Known as the Hortense Clocktower, it is named after Hortense Oppenheimer for raising the $1200 needed for the purchase in 1914. The name has stuck with me because my dad would occasionally call me Hortense for reasons I will never know.
