In Contrast to Progress...

In Tampa's neighborhood of Ybor City, they have managed to preserve many of the old buildings. It was founded in 1885 by cigar makers. Even today, there are cigars made by hand in some of the shops. The last 20 years has brought renovation to many of the original buildings.
