A flock of white birds (some egrets, some ibis) fly over the Everglades at sunrise. Here, you can see some of the different habitats. I used to think all of the Everglades were the same, but that is not true! There is much diversity, though it might be subtle. In the front part of the photo, it appears to be a hardwood hammock and the back is a freshwater slough.
