Davie, Florida used to be known for its western persona. One of my most fond memories of childhood is riding horses through town with a lifelong friend of mine. Also, my brother competed in rodeos for many years and we often went to see him.
Davie is a much different place today but they have preserved their old downtown to have the western feel. We saw this mural on the side of a building, which I thought was pretty.
