Met this man outside of McCullagh Coffee in Buffalo. He was grabbing some burlap sacks that the coffee came in and he told us he planned on recycling them into something, clothing maybe. And if he ever had enough he would like to make a yurt out of them. We then had a conversation about how we are a disposable society and how restaurants and grocery stores toss out tons of food that could be used to feed people.
