As a child i had a rabbit called Thumper(!) and he wasn't a particularly nice rabbit. My stepdad built him a lovely hutch and i cleaned him out regularly and fed him constantly. But this rabbit was an angry rabbit, he didn't like me, he bit me, he kicked me, and as much as i would try to calm him down, he wasn't having any of it.
In the end we had to give him away and I often wonder what become of Thumper and if he did manage to find an owner with whom he could relate.
This picture is dedicated to his memory and in no means represents what my 14 year old self was thinking every time i had to approach his cage.
Maybe it was the "killer bunny" from Monty Python and the Holy Grail! This is actually quite cute.... that must be the warmest place in the house during winter ;-) Great idea and shot Darren.
You wicked person stuffing a stufffed rabbit in this very nice pot! Some rabbits are nice and some are not so nice. My husband as a child, had a nice one that was cuddly and loving - now he's just got me!
We had one called whimsy. He wasn't whimsical at all - he was a big evil male rabbit. He used to escape and dig his way into our neighbours hutches - with devastating results for the female rabbits therein. We too eventually parted with him. I feel your pain. :-)
love the friendly cooperative look on this rabbit's face - we had a rabbit for a while in our office in new kings road - the people at the back moved house and just left the rabbit in the cage in the garden - he made a good talking point and was rather clean
Pets can be odd... my parrot appears to of taken my mom in dislike... or he's scared of her... and all for no reason!
I often put a casserole dish in the bunnies room when they're being naughty. Just, yunno, as a warning. :P
Such a fun shot. :D
That bunny will get it's own back!!!! he he he :)
