I worded a four day week for several of my years before I retired or rather I should say they sold the place. We had tried it to save money during a slow period. After time most of the workers begged off on it. I begged to stay on it. I mean we worked 4 8-hour days. I loved it and I took Wednesday off. It was great to know you had a day off coming right up.
