@twistergirl It's a green sauce made of one bunch cilantro rinsed (stems kept on and wet), 3-5 green onions, 2-4 garlics, lime juice of one to two limes, one whole jalepeno (seeds and all, or just skins if you don't want heat). Run in a food processor, and viola, Peruvian Green Sauce--It goes on everything. To make it creamy, add avocado to the mix or mayonnaise or greek yogurt or sour cream. Crazy delish!
