My mother is amazing. At 84, she's working on a film production based on a series of Haikus she's written for a dramatic performance. I'm the Project Manager of the production and Photographer, but watching this thing come to fruition has been a very bright light in all the dark matter of our universe these days. I'll have more to tell about it after our video editor finishes the work and we find our market, but I can't say enough how much she inspires.
This photo is NOT the one I'm using for the production, so I thought I could share it--but just imagine there are even BETTER shots of her!
After this shot, I left the remaining production crew to do her last filming segment, and I drove my daughter to college, and said goodbye. Windows are all installed, but there are problems. Of course!
@jyokota I certainly will! @jgpittenger Junko's right--you'd really like her! I have been wanting to get her to Vancouver in our next adventure together (my mom and I went to Peru in 2019)--not tooooo far away, but somewhere she hasn't been. Now I'm thinking a NWest trip and we could stop by! Oh, to dream of travel again.
Beautiful capture of your mom and what a wonderful project for you both to be working on together. You make a formidable team - how could it not be successful?!
