I successfully kept the flu away from me all week by staying outside and then using the mask indoors. If I have learned anything good from this pandemic, it's that masks can be your friend when the family comes down with another type of air born illness (at least so far).
Yesterday, I worked at the farmer's market (my new Saturday job), and I had talked all day long, but later, I had dinner with a life-long friend and she cooked a delicious panzanilla salad with grilled shrimp. It was so good and so easy! All I had to do was bring the wine haha.
The meal looks so colorful and delicious! Bringing the wine is certainly the way I would like to cook a meal. What do you do with your new Saturday job?
@grammyn I work for a farmer selling his produce at the local Farmer's market. It's hard work and low pay, but he needed help and I've been buying from him for years. It's an early wake up and I'm totally spent afterwards.
