Well, I'm doing a bit of filler--from the 13th--I was back in the salon for child #2's "ombre" being performed by colorist Ashari (she's also my former student from eons ago when I used to teach at a private school in Atlanta--long story, but fun nonetheless). Another selfie. Hoping I can get to "trashy" for 5+2 this week. Work has been a bit of a bear and contracts due to federal mandates are actually not working in my favor--not happy, but will just adjust as I must.
@taffy It really isn't especially in adjunct life. I can no longer do "contracts for services" with the institution in any way without subjecting myself to ridiculous pay standards and no contracts. I refused. So I'm out of work, except for the teaching (which I'm sure you know is just about the bottom of pay scale at my level). :(
