I'm a bit exhausted mentally this week, unfortunately, but my spirits were lifted quite a bit when a fellow 365er sent me one of his photos from across the great big pond. I'm delighted. My abstract "planning" has been somewhat haphazard this week, and tonight, I decided to take a photo of my exbury azalea with the "porch light" on (so the glow of yellowy orange is actually the color of the azaleas!) but I intentionally took the shot slightly out of focus--it feels light and the extensions look like dancers to me. This is the 35mm lens (but is a nifty fifty on my crop sensor). There was a big blow out of light in the top right corner, so I played with clone, heal, and radial filters in LR5.
Hard week, but good things too (if I have time, I'll post a new photo with what makes me mad/sad, but only when I can get the time to "write" a hotdog narrative for it). Enjoy the weekend everyone, and cheers Sean for making my day!
