Nao is Here! by darylo

Nao is Here!

Every year for the past 3 years we have hosted a Japanese exchange student at our home. This is my new Japanese daughter for the next 10 days! She will attend high school with my oldest daughter and we have many events planned for her including going to see Cirque du Soleil and the Harlem Globetrotters! Friday, I will take the entire exchange group and families to downtown Atlanta for a tour of the World of Coca Cola, CNN studios, and the Martin Luther King center.
Lovely group shot! Loving your daughter's odd socks, my daughter does just the same!

What fun! You are certainly an expert in how to provide a great experience for your temporary daughter. And I like the look of joy on each of their faces. Hope the home remodel doesn't add too much stress!

You'll be doing fantastically if homesickness is averted for 10 whole days. Brave you!

I'd be interested to know whether she has good English! My Japanese daughter -in-law never seems to understand what we are saying but nods her head and smiles as if she does!
