Musée d'Orsay clock by darylo

Musée d'Orsay clock

Just before the Musée closed, we made it to the area with the impressive clocks and were able to get a few snaps with the moody sky beyond the glass. Admittedly, this shot is edited strongly. Perhaps too much.
It's striking -- worth the heavy edit to bring out the details in the distance.

Marvelous composition to show the city in the distance through the clock. Like a scene from a movie

@jgpittenger Did you get my tag on the shot with the recipe? You probably get so many notifications it would be easy to miss my attempt to get it to you! I'm baking bread these days!

@taffy @pflaume @annied @shepherdmanswife @redy4et @graemestevens @joemuli @taffy @alophoto @danette @pamknowler @jgpittenger @grammyn Thanks all. My heart is particularly heavy and sad re France/Nice. Our world needs more love. The violence is so not France. It is such an amazing country. I will be working on more photos as I sift through my memories of being in France last month. I hadn't been there in 30 years, and it's still one of the most amazing countries I have known.
