Lately, I have been making stir-fried rice as it's something everyone likes these days. I had a bad cookinhvweek last week, essentially failing to cook expensive meats properly or in time (a whole tenderloin went brown overnight). :( Some weeks are bad weeks for cooking. But this is hard to mess up!
Looks good! I am guilty of buying expensive meat, then not getting it cooked on time. And I am really not happy if I spend time cooking it and it doesn't turn out like am hoping. My new doctor is stressing a new lifestyle, with no grains, mostly fruits and veggies, and wild caught fish, grass fed beef or organic chicken. So no rice for me. :(
