@mariaostrowski yes, a version I created with avocado because my husband hates mayo (I used mayo bit very little). We had this sauce at a restaurant where it was used as a bread dipping sauce, and I've been dying to make it ever since. Jane I used 2 jalapenos( you can do more or less) 1 garlic, a bunch of cilantro, 1 T olive oil, salt, a tomatillo (just because I had one), juice of two limes, 1/2 avocado, and some mayo (less than 1/4 cup). I put everything in food processor except mayo and added that last to get the creamy consistency. @jgpittenger

The chicken I marinated in lime/lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and garlic. I was missing Paprika. Grilled it. The chicken with some of the dipping sauce was so yummy!!
@grammyn so many versions! There is a paste I want to find now that supposedly make it amazing, but just this simple thing added to the table was delicious!!
