Taken with a film camera on Ilford FP4 pushed to ISO320 which gives a bit of grain and hopefully gives a timeless feel to the picture.
Although I use a variety of digital cameras I still love the feel of film and the fact you have to think about each and every shot. We all need to slow down sometimes and shooting film certainly does that.
Lovely shot. I miss shooting with film but sadly don't have access to the equipment for processing and printing anymore. I do like the results that can be achieved with it, though.
@loverofthelight I like film very much and although I have several DSLRs as well as my Canon G11 I have a number of Canon film cameras both manual and autofocus. I keep thinking I ought to process my own B&W film but I send them off to a lab in Plymouth and scan them when they come back. I just feel digital is to clean and cold and I also there is the worry about the archival properties of digital. After all 150+ year old glass plates are still readable but 5" floppies are all but large coasters.
